Panasonic welding gun is a welding equipment produced by Panasonic Corporation, widely used in industrial manufacturing, especially in the fields of electric welding and robot welding. Panasonic welding guns are favored by many manufacturers for their efficient, stable, and precise welding performance.
The characteristics of Panasonic welding guns include:
1. High precision: It can achieve precise welding and ensure welding quality.
2. Durability: Made of high-quality materials, capable of withstanding high temperatures and prolonged use.
3. Easy to operate: The design is user-friendly, easy to operate, and suitable for operators of all levels.
4. Multifunctionality: Supports multiple welding methods, including MIG, TIG, etc., to meet different welding needs.
If you have specific model or technical parameter requirements for Panasonic welding guns, or would like to know their performance in specific applications, I can provide more information and I will do my best to assist you.
1. Gravity: At the flat welding position, the direction of gravity is the same as the direction of droplet transition, promoting the transition; Inverted welding position, obstructing droplet transition
2. Surface tension: It is the main force that maintains the droplet on the end of the welding wire. The finer the welding wire, the easier it is for the droplet to transition.
Electromagnetic force: The force generated by the magnetic field of a conductor itself is called electromagnetic force, and its axial component always expands from a small cross-section to a large cross-section. In melting electrode arc welding, the cross-section of the conductor changes and the direction of electromagnetic force also changes when the current passes through the wire droplet electrode spot. At the same time, the current density at the spot is very high, which will cause strong evaporation of the metal and also generate a significant reaction force on the surface of the molten metal droplet. The influence of electromagnetic force on droplet transition is determined by the arc shape.
4. Plasma flow force: Under the contraction effect of electromagnetic force, the fluid static pressure generated by the arc plasma in the direction of the arc axis is inversely proportional to the cross-sectional area of the arc column, gradually decreasing from the end of the welding wire to the surface of the molten pool. It is a favorable factor for promoting droplet transition.
5. Spot pressure
3.2 Characteristics of droplet transfer in MIG welding
During MIG welding and MAG welding, droplet transfer mainly adopts short-circuit transfer and jet transfer. Among them, short-circuit welding is used for high-speed welding of thin plates and all position welding, while jet transfer is used for horizontal docking and fillet welding of medium and thick plates.
When MIG welding, DC reverse connection is basically used. Because during reverse welding, fine jet transition can be achieved, while during forward welding, positive ions collide with the droplet, generating significant spot pressure that hinders the droplet transition, resulting in irregular droplet transitions during forward welding. MIG welding is not suitable for alternating current because the melting of the welding wire is not equal every half cycle.
When using MIG welding to weld aluminum and aluminum alloys, due to the easy oxidation of aluminum, in order to ensure the protective effect, the arc length during welding cannot be too long. Therefore, we cannot use the jet transition method with high current and long arc length. If the selected current is greater than the critical current and the arc length is controlled between jet transition and short-circuit transition, sub jet transition will be formed.Protective measures
To protect the eyes from arc light damage, a mask with specially designed protective lenses must be used during welding. To prevent skin burns caused by arc light, welders must wear work clothes, gloves, shoe covers, etc. To protect welding work and other production personnel from arc radiation damage, protective screens can be used
